High voltage failure Cause, the high voltage sensor detected a high voltage imbalance.

c. The high pressure sensor itself is too sensitive.
Solution:

2. Charging failure: specific reasons:
a. There is ink on the charging tank

Solution:
Turn off the printer (including the power supply) and clean the charging tank. If necessary, the charging tank can be removed for cleaning. After cleaning thoroughly, wait for the charging tank to dry before restarting.

4. Recovery tube failure The recovery tube sensor did not detect ink flowing through the recovery tube.
specific reason:
The ink line is abnormal (no ink line is emitted at all, or the ink line is off)
Blocked recovery line
Damaged or disconnected recovery sensor
Solution:
Check the ink supply circuit. Clean the nozzle plate and do the ink line correction work.
The recovery pipe is blocked, and the blocked position of the recovery pipe can be checked in sections.
Check if the sensor connector on the mainboard is not installed correctly. Replace the recovery tube sensor.
Ink viscosity failure Ink viscosity value exceeds the standard. In some cases, the machine can be used normally. But some checks must be done. Otherwise, it may not print properly after a period of use.
Reason: a. The current viscosity value of the ink is greater than the ink viscosity setting value. Ink viscosity is too high.
The current ink viscosity value is less than the ink viscosity setting value. Ink viscosity is too low.
Solution:
a. Check the solvent tank for solvent. Check whether the solvent adding circuit is normal.
b. Whether to turn on and off repeatedly in a short period of time. If it is not turned on and off multiple times in a lot of time. Check that the solvent addition circuit is functioning properly. For specific methods, please contact the company's professional maintenance engineer.
6. Malfunction of the printer viscometer. Mi printers have high requirements for ink viscosity. Viscosity is the consistency of the ink, not the density. However, viscosity is related to concentration and temperature. The higher the concentration, the higher the viscosity, and the higher the temperature, the higher the viscosity. So the printer has different ink viscosity settings at different temperatures.
If the current viscosity is too different from the current setting, the printer may not print well, and an ink viscosity failure is reported A ventilated place or a fan is used to evaporate the diluent in the ink.
If it is too concentrated, the solvent can be added manually. After the viscosity is normal, you need to observe whether the viscosity has changed again, if the ink viscosity changes a lot. There may be a problem with the printer's thinner addition circuit, and further inspection should be done
Possible reasons are: the viscosity measurement circuit is blocked or the flow is not enough; the printer viscometer circuit part is poorly contacted or damaged.
Printer viscometer failure maintenance method: You can first determine whether there is a problem in the circuit part by observing the indicator lights on the circuit part and measuring the voltage. Then check the ink path part of the printer ink viscosity measurement. You can remove one end of the viscometer, connect the beaker, and observe the flow.
